OUR STORY
The Bra Shoppe professionals are here to help women of all ages with their foundation needs, starting with a young lady's first development, to her formal and special occasions, wedding, maternity, nursing, active life, senior and/or special needs.
When a lady arrives at the Bra Shoppe, she is entering a relaxing atmosphere designed to make her feel welcome and comfortable. She is greeted; and if it is her first time visiting us, we will explain the fitting process and take her to her private fitting room. At that time, an expert fitter will measure her ribcage to ascertain her band size, and discuss the customer's preferences: wire, no wire, lacy, smooth, strapless, sports, etc. After a brief discussion, the fitter will go to the inventory room to “shop” for items that fit the customer's criteria; and she may also offer other choices that will enhance the customer's unique shape. The fitter will then assist the customer with trying the product on, and will instruct her in the proper manner of wearing her foundation. She will also determine whether or not the bra needs alternations to give you “Your Perfect Fit.” Her fitter will also instruct the customer in how to care for her foundations to achieve their maximum life.
We accommodate all levels of modesty and appreciate being able to assist women with this personal part of their life. With a variety of items, styles, shapes and sizes, we can lift and support, minimize or enhance to achieve her physical goals and comfort. Most of our bras have panties to match if that is the customer's wish.
We are not satisfied until you are. Our expert fitters are knowledgeable about our products and will give advice on what looks and fits best. Minor alterations such as taking a dart, adding a row of eyes, shortening or lengthening a strap or taking in the back of our bra is part of our service and is free of charge at the time of purchase. Customer service and your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
